Las Vegas Wedding FAQ

How to Get Married in Las Vegas

Choosing Your Wedding Package

First, choose a package & select the à la carte items that will make your day uniquely yours. Once you have made a 30% non-refundable deposit on your wedding with The Lucky Little Chapel, your date is secured.

Applying for Your Marriage License

To apply for your license for Las Vegas Weddings, visit online to complete a pre-application and then go to the Clark County Courthouse, located across the street from the chapel.

Process and Requirements

You can park in our building, walk to the courthouse, and then come back and get married. The courthouse is open 365 days per year, including holidays, from 8 AM – midnight. The cost is $102. You and your fiancée will need a photo ID, and to appear in person.

Pre-Application and Time-Saving Tips

To pre-apply online and save time, see the link below. With the exception of busy days (like Valentine’s Day), this process usually takes 15 – 30 minutes. The license is good for one year. If you do not use your license within a year of purchase, you will need to go to the courthouse again to reapply. For this reason, we recommend you purchase your license on the same day as your ceremony.

Location and More Information

The Courthouse is located at 201 East Clark Avenue, in downtown Las Vegas. For more information on obtaining your license and to pre-apply, visit Clark County Marriage License Application.
